Recent Montage Laguna Beach Review: "My husband and I decided for a quick getaway just for the night before all the Christmas craziness started and we decided to try the Montage for the first time. Wow! From the moment you arrive the check in is warm and inviting. Instead of having you wait while they plug you in like other hotels, the Montage gives you the impression that they have been  waiting for you expectantly. The Concierge personally walks you to your room and explains the room to you as if it were yours forever. The room itself is so yummy you are tempted to never leave it: Perfect bedding with tons of fluffy pillows, champagne on ice (complimentary), a giant marble bathroom with incredible toiletries, and a great loofa scrubber that I am still enjoying at home. But the best part of the hotel is outside...the grounds are impeccable!! The ocean, the flowers, the walkways, the gulls, the light jazz in the air....are we on Mauir The pool is insane and the beach down below is perfect. In the evening the lounges were full of people having a great time and the breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea was fantastic. Our only regret is that we only stayed one day. I plan on going back in the summer to take advantage of the beach and pool...did I mention that they have a 10,000 SF spar"
