Recent Laguna Beach Review: "My business partner's wife suggested he stay at Laguna Beach (he is from Toronto). I found the Inn at Laguna Beach from a maping program. The stay was perfect. However, and I hope the management is reading. The Asian gentleman that checked us out on Friday, January 13, 2012 needs to be replaced. His English is terrible, his ability to understand information  was even worse. My partner purchased three of the gummy bear containers for his kids, the clerk said the computer only showed two, and eventually charged for only one. I had two drinks out of the in-room-bar. The clerk was confused because only one showed up on the computer and I was admitting to drinking two. At one point I had to be firm and tell the clerk we had a flight to catch. Other than the clerk's confusion, the stay was a perfect suprise for a business trip. I would stay there again."
