Recent La Casa Del Camino Review: "I went to the hotel this weekend with my boyfriend and 5 year old son. The hotel itself on the outside is old looking but it is awesome inside and very warm. The people that work there are awesome. When we got up to the room it was laid out pretty nice and the bed was comfortable. The bath tub was a jacuzzi tub and big..Perfect for a little weekend getaway. The beach was right down the steps...the only thing I was a little dissapointed in was the beach wasnt like i expected...I thought it would be very sandy but the beach seems wet and hard...but other than that it was like we had our own little private beach the whole weekend. The hotel also lets guests check out smashball , towels and chairs (which i will not bring next time and save the luggage room) Free parking was accross the street (a little cramped) but free and they we very accomidating with the luggage. The only thing is if you are going to sleep I wouldnt expect to go to sleep before 11 pm in which someone is playing piano in the downstairs lobby all night till 11 pm...but who wants to sleep on vacationr I will go back again..but this time for a romantic getaway :-)"
